We are seeking a Business Administrator to join a Global award-winning company based in Watford.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity and we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

We are looking for candidates with customer support skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to help!

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

£13.83ph + holiday accrual - Weekly pay!

Please note, this is a hybrid working opportunity so you must be able to get to Watford.

Main duties to include:

  • Support the Customer Service team with all aspects of business administration
  • Managing a shared inbox
  • Data reporting
  • Order processing and dispatch tracking
  • Database management and customer account management
  • Liaising with couriers around deliveries

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Warm, friendly, calm and professional manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to commute to Watford
