Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks, including maintaining records, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
- HR Administration: Support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and manage onboarding and training schedules.
- Operational Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure deadlines are met across various projects.
- Customer & Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Data Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office procedures for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a business administration or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with [specific software, e.g., QuickBooks, CRM systems] (desirable but not essential).
