An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator, to join a well established Lettings & Management company in South Woodford.This is a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.Responsibilities will include, but not limited:Client Communication: Communicate with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.Administration: Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate recordsClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews, focusing on increasing the company’s awareness & image. Skills for the role includes:Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Proficient IT skills Full UK Driving License preferableIndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.Strong at timekeeping and time management.The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious.Full-time, Permanent
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6pm
