Full time, apprenticeship (16 months + End Point Assessment EPA)

Are you seeking the next step to develop your career in Business Analysis? We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our Business Transformation department. This 16 Month + EPA apprenticeship will not only deliver you a Level 4 qualification but also on the job mentorship and experience within a busy Business Transformation Function. From day one you will be contributing to various Business Analysis and Business Transformation Initiatives – giving you plenty of exposure to the multifaceted nature of the department.?

The MSC Apprenticeship Experience:

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will work closely with various teams to investigate and analyse business processes, gather business change requirements and assist in the implementation of solutions that enhance business performance. You will receive mentorship and training while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the future of the Business.

Skills and experience you’ll bring to us:

• A strong interest in Business Analysis and technology.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• An understanding of the fundamentals of Change Delivery & Management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel & Word).

• An understanding of Agile Delivery Principles (desirable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis to provide accurate data in context for various business needs.

• Uphold robust data gathering and handling standards.

• Contribute towards the development of Transformation services, tools, techniques, and procedures.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meets business need.

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

• Manage and balance your training and study alongside day-to-day role requirements.

• Understand and consistently advocate change delivery processes & standards.
