Salary: Up to £35,000 (DoE)

Are you a Business Analyst with a strong technical background, keen to drive processes and build internal teams? Are you ambitious and hungry for rapid growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing businesses who are looking to expand their internal IT capabilities and streamline processes for colleagues and end-users. Reporting to members of the SLT, this role will be crucial to business expansion, with a clear path to grow into more senior roles in due course.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years IT business analyst experience, ideally in-house, across software and hardware.
• Formal technical qualifications, ideally educated to degree level in a technical subject (Computer Science, Information Technology etc.)
• Proven experience acting as a bridge between internal teams and 3rd party providers.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of data tools, ideally PowerBI and interpretation of dashboards.
• Technical IT background, i.e. hands-on 1st line support

Role overview:

As an internal Business Analyst, you'll be working with colleagues to define technical requirements and then plan how these can be implemented alongside 3rd party providers. You'll act as the main point of contact for all IT related queries, passing these along to other providers when necessary. Our client is seeking someone driven and ambitious who can use this role to grow into a more senior position within the business and they expand their IT capabilities.
