Requirements
- Have a level 6 qualification in Business Processes / Business Management
- 2 years experience in similar role
- Experience with Python or a similar system
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and software packages
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English - C and above
- Experience in planning, organising and scheduling work
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an Access NI Check
Responsibilities
- To work with the Project Manager and HR Data analyst to identify and log fields
- To create a portal dictionary which details all information captured within the portal
- Liaise with key personnel to identify, collate, and record relevant information required for the Employee Self Service Portal
- Collate information from key personnel and ensure such information is captured in both the project plan and Portal structure paper
- To review and proofread free text on the portal and obtain sign off for the Employee Self Service Portal structure paper
- To monitor progress against project plan and highlight any areas of risk to the Project Manager
- To develop, create and deliver training guides
- To work with the Project team to identify a UAT group
- To assist with onboarding the portal to the UAT group
- To engage with the UAT and collate all outcomes/feedback
- To acquire knowledge of existing business processes and systems
- To work with the Project Manager and key personnel with regards to ordering processes for mapping
- To assist with the review and mapping of key internal processes, identifying areas of automation in line with best practices
- To store and disseminate key internal processes as appropriate
