We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on a key Technology project within the Commercial IT and Parcels team. This role involves significant interaction with multiple stakeholders and requires a proactive approach to complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Engage with various stakeholders including business, operational, and IT teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Conduct process mapping and requirements gathering in a highly governed working environment.
• Manage vendor and supplier interactions within a multi-supplier landscape.
• Work effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Maintain proactive and effective communication across all levels of the project team.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and working in a highly governed environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
• Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Ability to work proactively, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the logistics sector, particularly with Parcel Systems.
• Previous consultancy experience.

• This position operates under a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
