Business Analyst - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our client's digital transformation team. The role is within the manufacturing/service industry. This is a hybrid role based 2 days a week in Bradford. Other travel around sites in the UK will be required at times.What you will be doing

• Document existing processes and workflows to understand pain points and inefficiencies.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed user requirements.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to understand their needs and expectations.
• Develop detailed specifications for the required system enhancements based on gathered requirements.
• Supporting the delivery of large project within the operations/service sector.
• Partner with the project manager to develop and execute project plans.
• Review with each head of department and senior operators the day-to-day operations.
• Streamlined processes that do not require an increase in headcount.
• Integration of CRM, quoting, design, and finance systems for seamless operations.

What you will need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role. 5+ years minimum experience.
• Experience with JIRA is highly desirable.
• Commutable distance to Bradford will be ideal.
• Experience in the Services/Manufacturing industries, (not looking fors someone with mostly banking/finance experience).
• Experience with CRM, quotation, and finance software systems.
• Knowledge of digital transformation best practices and project management methodologies (Agile).

What you will get This role will be based remotely/hybrid in Bradford 2 days a week, as well as requiring travel around UK sites. This will be an Outside IR35 role, paying a between £400 - £450 per day.
