Business Analyst - Clearwater People Solutions Ltd : Job Details

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who has been focused on internal process optimisation or customer journey reviews? We are working closely with a growing company based in Kent to hire a Business Analyst on a full time permanent basis to work within a large transformation programme.

This is a hybrid position with office visits required twice per week. Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:- Reviewing current processes around customer data/journey ensuring they are efficient and streamlined- Analysing each customer product, identifying pain points and process mapping changes - Review current operating model to understand what changes been to be made, who the changes will affect
