Job Title: Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Location: Aylesbury - 3 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience

About: This organisation, a global name in their sector space, utilise complex technology to drive their global services. The services are focussed from a B2B perspective, being part of the supply chain eco-system and incorporating leading edge applications and infrastructure accordingly. With increasing demand and need, the internal teams are scaling and currently seeking to hire a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant. The role will demand a well organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The successful candidate will be involved with scoping, designing, integrating applications / systems with external clients.. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in systems design and project delivery.

Key responsibilities in the Business Analyst / Functional Consultant role:

• Define systems and scope & define
• Own the client journey from concept through to integration
• Be the central point between the client and internal IT teams
• Identify solution gaps and deliver the fix as required
• Take responsibility for the client engagement and escalation point

Experience required of the Business Analyst / Functional Consultant:

• Complex systems / applications integration experience
• Experience leading projects / implementations for external clients
• Previous experience of retail, e-commerce or supply chain implementations
• Ability to explain solution design and functional requirements
• Knowledge of UAT / functional / manual testing
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
