Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst who will work on a new omnichannel solution and someone who has experience in transitioning digital channels such as webchat or emails from current technologies to the new solution. This will include integration with the CRM system and improving the experience and management.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering key changes to the system through the investigation, specification, and design of high-quality features & enhancements, using agile techniques and methods
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities within a small agile software development team
- Lead the analysis of business systems requirements through functional and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with colleagues across all product teams, to ensure solutions are designed and developed which both meet the business need
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Represent the business requirements and agreed solution design during the system test, integration test and user acceptance test phase.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of go-live cut-over plans and supporting business teams through the adoption of the new system and processes
- Maintain effective customer relationships through dealing with a range of complex customer issues and escalate where appropriate
The following skills and experience will be essential for this role:
- Experience of working and implementing omni channel solutions into small to medium sized contact centre
- Experience working with Genesys omnichannel contact centre solution.
- Experience and understanding of Agile (particularly Scrum) and waterfall software development methodologies and the practices of a Business Analyst
- Experience of hosting workshops and interviews to gather requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide a good level of service at all times
