This position offers an exceptional opportunity to influence and drive positive change within a dynamic and forward-thinking legal environment.The firm is proud of its history and are future-focused, having expanded into new technologies and continuing to invest in their change and Change and Transformation.Role & Responsibilities* Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives.* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and manage stakeholders' expectations.* Facilitate communication between the business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.* Prepare and deliver reports on progress and outcomes of change efforts to senior management.* Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.Essential Skills* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Legal industry or related fields.* Experience implementing/ migrating with Enterprise Service Management Tools (ServiceNow)* Experience working on end-to-end project cycles.* Strong stakeholder management.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for detailed and critical analysis.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a variety of audiences.* Experience in managing large-scale organisational change initiatives.* Proficient in documenting and understanding requirements and processes.* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
