Business Analyst - Reed : Job Details

• Contract Duration: Until 30/06/2025
• Location: London (Hybrid working model)
• Rate: £400 - 450 per day inside IR35 via umbrella (rate depending on experience)

Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with the expanding Commercial team at one of our FTSE 100 clients.

• Define and deliver technology solutions within the International Parcels division 
• Manage requirements through a structured gating process typical of a Waterfall project framework.
• Engage in process modelling and stakeholder management, working closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
• Gather requirements and map processes effectively to ensure clear and actionable outcomes.
• Manage vendor and supplier interactions within a multi-supplier environment.
• Operate effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, adapting to the needs of the project and team.

• Strong requirements management and process modelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
• Vendor/supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
• A proactive approach to work and strong teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in the logistics sector.
• Experience working for a consultancy.
