Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Officer to define and shape the strategic data and reporting delivery.
• Ensure adherence to principles from the organisation's main Data Strategy during solution design.
• Lead the definition and creation of specifications for data products on Snowflake.
• Contribute to the development of the future P&C Reporting Operating Model.
• Perform project management activities for programme deliveries, ensuring tasks are documented and tracked alongside relevant Delivery Leads.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/PM within HR Technology, ideally with an investment management or financial services environment.
• Strong experience with data and reporting initiatives, including working with platforms such as Snowflake.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience tracking complex technology deliverables.
• Strong understanding of data strategies and data governance principles.
• Experience working with HR Technology and reporting operating models is advantageous.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
