About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our BA Practice permanently and on a full-time basis. Our core base is in Oldham with a hybrid working style, giving flexibility for some home working.
In this important role, you’ll shape, develop, and own end-to-end business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development of business requirements and designs to manage projects in our change portfolio.
This is an exciting time to join the Business Change team, over the last few years we have introduced new cloud applications (such as Oracle Fusion and MS D365) to improve the services we provide and to strengthen our IT Architecture. Our plans continue to be ambitious and, as a result, the team is ever developing and growing. We are committed to investing in our people and in technology that will continue to support our strategic aims and enable continued business improvement through the implementation of our Digital, Data and Technology Strategy. You’ll be a part of a dynamic team who truly value each other’s contributions and innovative ways of thinking.
What we’re looking for
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a knowledgeable Business Analyst with a proven track record of working end-to-end on a range of projects across a range of methodologies, but you’ll also have great analytical skills, excellent communication and a passion for what we do.
