Business Analyst - Workday Finance | Permanent | Up to £70k | London - HybridOliver James are engaged to support one of our leading clients in their search for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of corporate solutions across HR, Finance, and other head office functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Workday Finance and a background in process improvements and business transformation.Key Responsibilities:* Define and document business requirements for new solutions and system enhancements.* Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency initiatives.* Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and alignment.* Work closely with IT teams (security, risk, infrastructure, and architecture) to ensure solutions follow best practices.* Assess and communicate the impact of changes, ensuring smooth transitions to BAU.* Support testing activities, including reviewing quality assurance plans and test scripts.* Manage workload independently, balancing business analysis and project responsibilities.Key Skills & Experience:* Experience delivering Workday FINs ERP modules (Workday HR experience is a plus).* Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.* Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments (BPMN, Visio, JIRA, DevOps).* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to simplify complex issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.This will be a hybrid role in London, UK.
