Business Analyst - Retail - eTech Partners : Job Details

Our Global Retail client has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join them on an exciting programme. This is a great chance for a talented Business Analyst to support a well-known brand.

The role will provide expert analysis in the development and support of retail business applications including warehousing, merchandising and store applications.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail industry.
• Responsible for the documentation of the new software changes and new business processes
• Senior testing of IT retail business application changes including the design and execution of repeatable test scripts
• Work closely with project stakeholders of all levels
• Manage new system releases including monitoring of system changes.
• Great communications and stakeholder engagement skills
• Maintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendors
• Work in an agile environment that has daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming and a sprint closer ceremony.
