Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for Business and Economics? Do you have a proven track record as a Head of Department? We are working alongside a secondary school based in Hertfordshire who are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their school and make a positive impact on our students' learning experience.

• Teach Business and Economics to students across various year groups, using innovative and engaging methods.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with school standards and educational guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance as Head of Department.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic growth.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and the wider community to promote a positive learning environment.

• Must be a qualified teacher.
• Experience as a Head of Department or in a similar leadership role within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of Business and Economics curricula and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
