Business Applications Manager based in Rochdale. This is a full-time permanent role 4 days a week onsite in HQ in Rochdale and 1 day WFH. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 Due to continuing growth and future expansion plans, the IT team is recruiting a Business Application Manager to assist in creating a robust and scalable strategic application platform to support future business needs. Skills requirement/experience· Established leader of business application teams· Highly proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering & gap analysis· Demonstratable understanding of process mapping and documenting· In-depth knowledge and experience of CRM/ERP/WMS system selection & implementation· Extensive experience in large, end to end, systems implementation· Proven track record in application standardisation & process automation· Confident working with systems integrators and software companies· Excellent problem solving & project management skills· Supply chain knowledge within Retail and/or Manufacturing· Experience of Anthill CRM and/or Odoo CRM/ERP desirable. Role Responsibilities· Establish, lead & manage the Business Application Team· Assist in the creation of the IT strategic plan and prioritise work accordingly· Review, document and improve existing processes and procedures.· Lead the implementation of integrated & standardised company systems· Provide 3rd line application support for business · Manage 3rd party contracts and providers If you are interested in this Business Applications Manager based in Rochdale.
