We are currently looking for a Business Change BA working closely with the Director of Integration to join one of the fastest growing brokers in the UK. Our client specialises in motor, home, bike, and more. With a huge focus on digital and data led customer experiences.

As the Business Change Business Analyst you will collate, analyse and report on integration portfolio KPIs, to maximise business value through optimisation and oversight of integration aligned to business goals and strategies. To ensure that key integration controls are implemented considering impact to customer and colleague.

This role maintains the single source of truth and continually analyses the performance of the integration to facilitate effective decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the 'single version of the truth' of integration information (e.g. status, plans, costs, resources) and aggregating and presenting that information to internal and external stakeholders through appropriate Forums and Committees.
  • Gathering independent evidence that the information from the integration portfolio is valid and the pre-defined Integration Strategy is on track to achieve its objectives and benefits.
  • Building strong relationships from 'Executive' to 'Workstream lead' levels, to ensure effective communication is maintained within Integrations.
  • Co-ordination of the key integration controls (e.g. Discovery process data gathering, integration strategy definition and documentation, roadmap, plan, critical path / dependency maps).
  • Support the continuous review and improvement of the Integration framework to ensure management of integration is comprehensive, consistent across different workstreams and delivering desired outcomes.

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience within change, programme, portfolio management.
  • Experience working on Integration related portfolios or programmes, covering all business areas from Business Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance, through to Technology.
  • Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skillsets.
  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks and the project lifecycle.
  • Integration/Portfolio planning and scheduling.
