Responsibilities

• Develop an execution plan for key regulatory initiative to help set up an additional line of business
• Take ownership of the protocol for business readiness
• Manage the execution of the plan, working effectively with key stakeholders
• Understand project impacts
• Support the line of business leads in analysis and decision making
• Ensure all changes are embedded into the business
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve sign off and approvals
• Play a hands-on role working with operations, finance, technology, legal

Experience

• Banking experience managing complex projects as a BA/PM
• Experience relating to Brexit, MIFID or similar regulatory projects essential
• Experience managing new business or new product governance approval
• Previous exposure managing change for lines of business engaged in loans is highly desirable
• Strong experience developing and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps
