We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth within the North West, our insurance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market and exceptional sales acumen. This role is fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development or sales (insurance industry preffered but not essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
