Business Development DirectorAre you a motivated, energetic sales leader? If so, now is the time for you to join Marston Holdings as we embark on the next chapter of our exciting growth journey! We are looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. 

Please note that travel will be required for this role, both to Marston sites and client offices. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Developing and implementing a Business Development strategy that aligns with the wider Group’s strategy
  • Meeting agreed revenue growth targets 
  • Leading and managing the sales, bids and account management teams and setting out KPIs and deliverable targets
  • Optimising cross-selling opportunities across different revenue lines
  • Writing high-quality proposal documents and delivering sales presentations
  • Establishing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying sales opportunities with both new and existing clients
  • Please note that this role will require travel to Marston offices as well as client sites

  • Ability to design, analyse and monitor both financial and non-financial KPIs
