Job Description :

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a PropTech client of ours, based in Caton. This is a hybrid working role, a mix of office and home working, and is best suited to somebody that has telephone based sales or estate agency experience. On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 per annum and on top commission, with a total OTE up to £33,000.

The role of Business Development Executive involves:

  • Generating new potential leads from Estate Agency clients for the BDM team.
  • Converting of self-generated leads with clients.
  • Maintaining ongoing client relationships and keeping in touch.
  • Working with new and existing Estate Agency clients.
  • Bringing in new business opportunities for auction properties from clients.
  • Promoting referrals from clients to increase sales opportunities.

For the Business Development Executive, you need:

  • Previous Estate Agency or Sales experience.
  • Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.

As the Business Development Executive, you'll get:
