Our client, A high-growth technology company, based in Exeter, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team to play a crucial role in driving company growth by engaging with potential business clients and supporting the sales team by ensuring a steady pipeline of appointments that meet the company's strategic goals, using a combination of strategic communication skills and thorough market analysis.

This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.?

Responsibilities for the Business Development Associate include:?

• Coordinate and schedule meetings for sales demonstrations with prospective fleet clients
• Support the Lead Generation team to meet and exceed KPIs and target metrics
• Manage and update customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and thoroughness
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a unified and effective communication of our value proposition

Role Requirements for the Business Development Associate:

• Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt to various audiences
• Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
