Mixxos are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and personable Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to new business sales and recruitment efforts, while supporting the Head of Sales. You’ll be promoting a wide range of products and services within the construction and events sectors, with realistic opportunities for both personal and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive new business sales and expand existing customer accounts
- Support the development of new products and market growth
- Maintain efficient sales order entry and CRM system updates
- Meet sales targets, KPIs, and activity goals
- Monitor competitor activity and provide reports as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong sales skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow within the company
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
- Competent in IT systems, including MS Office and ideally CRM platforms
- Experience in roles such as Internal Sales, Account Management, or Sales Support is a plus
