We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a fantastic design company based in Putney! You’ll work closely within an established but welcoming Business Development team to source new businesses and contribute to the continued growth of an award-winning business. You’ll receive great training and development from a supportive line manager

This is a permanent Business Development Executive position paying an OTE of up to £40,000 p.a. and a £100 bonus per appointment.

You’ll be researching and sourcing your own leads, calling target client companies, and arranging a meeting for a member of the sales team to discuss their needs! You’ll provide market research within the Business Development Team and make a real impact across a high profile company. In return, you will receive excellent training from a supportive line manager to help you develop your skills.

As the Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and collaboration with the team.
  • Generate leads by tracking industry trends, lease expirations, and high-growth sectors.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate and actionable data.
  • Qualify and track potential business opportunities, managing a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.

As the Business Development Executive, you should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience of using a CRM system.
  • Analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Office environment experience with the ability to work in a sales environment.
  • Inquisitive nature with a mature and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: This brilliant Telesales position is Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 plus commission and further opportunities within the company.
