Job Description :

Assure Personnel are currently supporting a Risk Management Services based in Witham, to recruit for a Business Development Executive. This is an exciting time to join a growing and thriving company where you can progress within the business.

Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to introduce new and existing clients to a range of services. This role is key to driving client engagement and supporting the growth of both the company's profile and revenue. This is not a Sales role, so there is no commission structure to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full range of products and services offered, as well as the methods used for delivering these services.
  • Work closely with different departments to gain insight into how services are delivered to both new and existing clients.
  • Engage with client accounts to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about emerging market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and positioned to seize new industry opportunities.
  • Manage client enquiries, quotations, and instructions efficiently, adhering to the company's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate regularly with new and existing clients, promoting services and offering support through phone, email, online channels, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring a high standard of care and a consultative approach.
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual client meetings, as well as industry events, to promote services and nurture client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and implement sales campaigns aimed at positioning the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client engagements and opportunities.
  • Update and manage client information within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and easy access.
  • Provide a high level of client care that enhances and reflects the company's brand image.
  • Assist with responding to contractor applications, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), and tender opportunities when required.
  • Support and comply with relevant management systems and standards, including quality, environmental, and safety protocols.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks, contributing to both personal and company success.
  • Generate clear, concise reports that highlight your progress and achievements.
  • Carry out any other tasks as required, within your capabilities.
