A leading national brand in Digital Print and Design are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the ongoing success of their regional branch close to the city.

Based within an easily accessible and friendly office, this 'hands on' role will work alongside the production team and will report directly to the National Sales Director.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Targeting and winning accounts for new business in digital print sales
  • Further developing active account revenue through the introduction of new service offerings
  • Drive high client satisfaction at all times through effective relationship management
  • Strong time management and territory planning
  • Understand the branch operations and develop a healthy working relationship with the team
  • Compliance with maintaining all records and reporting on the CRM system (HubSpot)

The skills and experience required include:

  • A previous background within graphics, print (large / small format), and design is required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and competitive industry environment
  • Ambition, self-motivation with a track record of success in a sales role
  • Competent in negotiating at all levels
  • Customer focused and skilled at relationship management
  • Comfortable working towards, and delivering results against targets
  • Computer literate across all Microsoft Office applications

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the base salary, a competitive OTE is achievable on exceeding targets.

The role will require frequent regional travel to meet with new and existing clients, a car / travel allowance will be provided. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week working from home.
