We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the entire deal origination process and help expand our advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination
- Identify and source potential investment opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals
- Develop detailed investment memos and recommendations for review by senior management.
- Network with industry professionals, brokers, and other intermediaries to identify potential opportunities
Advisory - Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Identify new prospects and open commercial dialogue and business conversations.
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
Brand Management
- Manage the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain and enhance social media channels to engage with the target audience.
- Host events to develop Birch Faraday’s brand and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, investors, entrepreneurs, company owners, and service providers.
Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the business and attract new clients.
- Prepare marketing materials and campaigns to highlight the company’s services and achievements.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance to optimise strategies and achieve business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development, deal origination, and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of private equity, investment strategies, and advisory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and industry professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in managing website content and social media platforms.
