We are delighted to recruit for a well-established recruitment agency who are looking to expand their team with another Business Development Manager.

What are we looking for? A Business Development Manager to gain new business (basically more roles) for a recruitment company specialising in construction sales. You may be in recruitment but enjoy prospecting more, may be in recruitment but want to try a new, busy sector or you may be in telesales/ sales.

Is it office based? Yes but with some travel

Business Development Manager Package: Depends on experience…24-31K basic

Sales positions recruited for by the company: Head of Sales, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager etc. who sell into the construction industry (bathrooms, bricks etc.)

The company are well-established and specialists in their sector. Construction is very busy in the UK so it is a prime time to change product or sector and help expand the business.
