New Business Development Manager

- Salary: up to £30,500 + £15,000 OTE + Company Car + Benefits
Here at Reed Carlisle we are representing a leading client in their field who are seeking a New Business Development Manager to help expand their property portfolio in North Cumbria and the Lake District. Day to Day of the role:
- Work towards KPIs to ensure targets for appointments, properties signed up, and revenue are met to help increase personal commission.
- Develop relationships with local businesses to generate referrals and support organic growth.
- Ensure new properties are presented optimally, with compelling descriptions, quality photography, and accurate pricing.
- Deliver a continuous pipeline of suitable properties through research, networking, cross-selling, and attending exhibitions and events.
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for owners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Results-driven and motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong time-management skills.
- Enjoyment of time on the road, meeting with owners and exploring the region.
- Good problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data for revenue projections and pricing strategies.
- Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area, with experience in field-based sales and remote working.
- A full driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
