Business Development Manager

Harrow Weald, Middlesex

£45,000 + Pension + Commission

Some of your duties will include:

- Leading the expansion of the business in the private property management sector

- Securing contracts and driving revenue growth through proactive business development

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and acting as primary contact

- Conducting regular meetings to assess client needs and present new service opportunities

- Leading contract negotiations to secure new business, ensuring favourable terms to support long term growth

- Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute a strategic business development plan
