This is a specialist division which is perfectly positioned to look after the bespoke needs of residential developers, housebuilders, institutional investors, local authorities, housing associations and landowners across the UK.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (BDM) Business Development Manager role that will support the branch network across West Central Scotland. The BDM will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisition within the residential development space and managing existing client relationships. The main purpose of this role is to secure new contract wins for Countrywide Land & New Homes to act on behalf residential developers to provide a wide range of sales solutions for their portfolios.Having responsibility for a defined geographic location, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to generate leads. The BDM will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure both external and internal client satisfaction is achieved.This is a hybrid role, based within the West Central belt, operating from Clarkston, Glasgow. Regional travel will be required daily and national travel required from time to time.Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience, preferably within either a B2B or property related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop targeted sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the property or residential construction industry and market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving license
