Business Development Manager - Based Wilmslow
Basic Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience uncapped OTE

Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking two dynamic Business Development Managers with experience of working within the recruitment or IT/SaaS industry to join a fast-paced growing recruitment technology platform.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a minimum of one to two years’ experience of working in a B2B sales role within Recruitment or IT/SaaS industry with a with good overall knowledge of the challenges trends and best practices.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a naturally positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers, with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload while spinning lots of plates.
You will proactively manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects who are fully qualified, self-generate leads through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers.
You will be highly proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate your ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively drive contracts to closure as well as being goal-oriented and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
