Location: Hybrid Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Hours: Full-Time, Flexible Working Hours

My client a leading UK manufacturer of recyclable plastic films and liners are looking for an experienced BDM to join their team, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth while driving sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Engage with warm leads, reactivate lapsed clients, and uncover new opportunities.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth market research and industry trend analysis.
• Collaborating for Success: Partner with internal teams to create bespoke solutions for clients and distributors.
• Delivering Expertise: Provide technical support throughout the sales journey to ensure client satisfaction.
• Exceeding Targets: Smash sales goals and contribute directly to the company’s success.
• Competitive Edge: Keep tabs on competitors and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Account Management: Nurture, maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business outcomes.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in sales, ideally within the plastics or packaging sector.
• A technical mindset with the ability to simplify and communicate complex solutions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, tenacious, and target-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
