Business Development Manager - Strictly Recruitment : Job Details

A national Law firm who work with and represent some of the world's largest multi-national corporations to private individuals, seek a BD Manager to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis.

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Location: City of London

Salary: 62k + bonus

Suitable applicants: Minimum 5 years experience in a BD role within professional services

Key duties include:

• To lead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports
• To seek out new approaches and opportunities to support growth
• To identify and facilitate cross-selling
• To undertake extensive client and market research, sharing insights and key information to support client targeting initiatives
• To provide guidance to fee earners on BD activities
• To support on developing department specific bids and pitches, directory submissions, award submissions, credentials and collateral
• To track and report on NB opportunities and targets generated through marketing and BD activities
• To manage the BD budget and tracking expenditure
• To support on client development initiatives including key client programme
• To consistently keep an eye on groupwide opportunities and how they could be leveraged
• To provide general assistance to the wider BD team as and when necessary
