In this role you will:

• Work with our private capital dealers, helping with their funding solutions.
• Engage with our fleet and customers, providing expert guidance on credit and funding solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring continued business growth through repeat opportunities.
• Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals and drive business success.
• Oversee a whole sales region, working with them to successfully meet targets.
• Help guide our sales process, as we transfer to a new system.

About you:

• Commercial acumen - able to seek and spot opportunities, with a background in asset finance.
• Team spirit - a strong sense of 'cross-functional collaboration’.
• Solutions orientated - the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
• Customer focussed - possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
