Location: Northampton (On-site)Salary: Up to £32,000 base salary + OTE of £65,000

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Director by arranging and conducting technology demos for prospective clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Booking demos of our bespoke technology solutions with potential clients.
  • No lead generation - focus on qualifying leads and booking demo appointments.
  • Present technology demos and close prospective clients
  • Developing strong relationships with clients in the automotive industry to ensure ongoing success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role (SaaS/Technology experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
  • An interest in the automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Director by scheduling and conducting technology demos with prospective clients.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful demo bookings.
  • Close on prospective deals.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential clients in the automotive sector.
  • Contribute to the company's growth through effective lead qualification and demo scheduling.
