This role requires a confident and persuasive communicator with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients within their target market
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and introduce services
• Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs
• Schedule appointments for further discussions
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the company directors to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Candidate attributes and skills required:

• Willing to develop and progress with the role
• Proven track record of success in outbound sales (preferred, but not essential for the right candidate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility
