The Role

Aspion is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts across Europe. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll identify and engage with key decision-makers, deliver compelling SaaS product demonstrations, and drive long-term client relationships. With an average deal size of £20,000 and sales cycles spanning months, this role requires a consultative, strategic approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring continued revenue growth.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals that directly impact business success.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide clients with informed insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance.

About You
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, business intelligence, or market research.

  • Self-starter with the drive to work autonomously and exceed targets.
  • Experience selling research reports, data analytics, or subscriptions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is a bonus.
