Description
- Research and maintain knowledge of customer base to generate suitable leads
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and alternative solutions
- Create and deliver customized proposals
- Negotiate competitive prices and ensure that profitability targets are maintained
- Take accountability for your contract documentation and administration
- Undertake proactive relationship building with prospects
- Update information in our CRM system daily
- Prepare monthly reports of sales versus target
- Give structured feedback to your manager
Profile
- You have held a 100% new business sales role as part of a team, working alongside marketing and operations
- You are skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
