The ideal candidate will have a great track record of success in hunting out new business opportunities.Job Description:In this role, you will support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships across South UK, and promoting the company to potential partners.

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events
• Generate leads using social media, outbound calls, email campaigns, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects
• Develop trusted relationships to provide excellent service and support
• Conduct site visits to engage potential clients and showcase opportunities
• Professionally present and promote the business to encourage new partnerships
• Utilise data-driven insights to optimise outreach and conversion strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and market approach
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and progress within CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends to enhance engagement and success

Experience Required:

• Previous proven experience in sales/business development within property, holiday lets, lettings, estate agency
• Your communication and presentation skills are outstanding
• Proven talent for building and nurturing professional relationships
• Skilled in identifying customer needs and positioning solutions effectively
• Ability to build trust and credibility across diverse audiences
• Strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining margins
• Confident in handling objections and turning them into opportunities
• Creative problem-solver, leveraging product benefits to drive sales
• Experienced in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and optimise pipelines
