Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager (Hardware Sales), the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive sales efforts. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the Reseller and D2B customer base
  • Leveraging experience in sales and account management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Utilising technical sales expertise to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable IT hardware solutions
  • Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Preparing and presenting periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to the Hardware Sales Director

Key Attributes Required:

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and proactive sales professional with a strong background in hardware sales. To succeed in this role, they should demonstrate:

  • At least three years of experience in refurbished hardware sales and account management
  • A proven track record of success in tech sales
  • An established customer list, which will be highly advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with various sales software and tools
  • A highly motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
