We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading Cloud, Network, and IT Security provider based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue from both new and existing clients.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, building a successful sales pipeline.
- Lead the sales process, from initial lead generation through to closing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with presales, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the MSP / IT services industry, with expertise in selling managed services, cloud, network, and security solutions.
- A professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
