Business Development Manager (Paint / Coatings)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Commission + Company Car + Bonus + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with experience in the Paint / Coatings industry looking to join a global powerhouse, operating in 10 countries where you will have excellent earning potential as you play a crucial role in this companies growth trajectory?

This highly reputable distribution company, established in 1983 have seen large scale growth throughout the UK in the last 15 years in both infrastructure and territory and now have over 3000 employees worldwide. They supply to a number of industries including Industrial, Commercial and Domestic with quality and sustainability at the forefront of their ethos.

Due to their continued growth plans they are looking to add a Business Development Manager based in the Midlands, who can focus on developing new business relationships within this territory.

In this varied role you will have full autonomy over your working life as you visit clients, develop business plans, grow new accounts ensuring long term partnerships, close deals, attend key events and trade shows, promoting the companies products and more.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar looking for a remote role, where you will take responsibility for developing key accounts and securing new business for the company, with excellent earning potential and the ability to make a real difference in company growth.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new client relationships, meeting face to face with key clients across the Midlands.
• Work remotely and manage your own time.
• Attend event and trade shows to showcase products.

The Person:

• Business Development Manager or similar.
• Experience in the Paint / Coatings industry.
• Able to conduct client visits across Birmingham / The Midlands.
