Business Development Manager – Reigate (Hybrid Remote) – £50k (£80k OTE)2dpw in office | New lead generation | Personal Development & Progression Plan | Flexible Hours | Evolving Digital AgencyAda Meher is currently working with a scaling digital agency as they look to recruit a Business Development Manager to work with their established sales function as they continue to grow towards ambitious growth targets year on year. The role will involve doing market research, developing a sales strategy and account-based marketing to develop and nurture relationships within target clients to a point where they are ready for pitch. The business is a development agency specialising in Mobile and Web App Development and whilst they don’t need a candidate with experience in a similar sector what they are looking for is someone with consultative solution selling experience.This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development plan and with this role there will be a clearly defined pathway into a Sales Manager role as the team grows.Due to this self-started culture the business works with flexibility at its core and it happy to allow the team to work mainly remotely, meeting up in the office for team days a couple of times a week.   • Prior experience in Business Development role
  • Experience selling software development services or a similar services/solutions
  • Experience working to nurture leads over long sales cycles
  • Experience attending and generating leads at Networking events
  • Strong communication skills
