Remit of the Business Manager role

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will be speaking with a diverse range of businesses to support them in their funding journey. Our client takes a personal approach to business lending and this role will involve providing relationship management support to the customers in your portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Business Managerrole:

• Delivering the message around the lender’s ethos & appetite to your network in Gloucestershire & the wider area
• Source & deliver new lending opportunities
• Undertaking financial analysis & structuring credit papers for projection-led/cashflow led-lending
• Relationship Management and credit stewardship of customer portfolio

Required Skills and Experience of the Business Manager role:

• Motivated, skilled networker able to originate new business
• Experience of small business lending
• Able to work with clients to construct an application ready for credit review
• Team player
