Business Development Representative (English and German spoken)

£33,000 - £35,000 base - plus commission (45k+ OTE year 1)
Cooper Lomaz are recruiting for a Business Development Representative to join our client's growing team who operate in the Software space where you will be building relationships, generating and cultivating business leads, and setting onsite appointments for the outside sales team.
Within this multi-lingual role, you will be responsible for responding to 'warm' inquiries to understand client's interest in the products via phone, email, social media, etc. 'Warm' is defined as a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign. You will cultivate net new prospects and build a pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts (identify targets, prepare for prospecting, prospecting, handoff to sales). The appointed candidate will be engaging with mid-sized to large businesses and relevant roles (C-Level) and assist with sales counterparts by delivering qualifying leads and cultivating new prospects to enable them to achieve the company's revenue objectives.
The appointed candidate will be experienced in managing your own time and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals. Once settled in the role you will be able to conduct market research to be followed up by the Territory Managers in the field and continuously learn our client's software and ERP applications (with support) to enhance conversations.
