Business Development Sales Director - Fleet Management Technology - VPss : Job Details

My international client is currently actively looking for a high achieving Business Development professional who has strong experience within the Fleet Management Solutions sector for their open Business Development Sales Director opportunity.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be guiding a team to success but one where you’ll be personally actively searching and building a strong sales pipeline. The business has teams across the UK and Internationally which you can draw upon but my client wants an extremely tenacious and self driven Business Development Sales Director who can continue to grow the UK market share as well as bring on new Channel Partners across Europe.

Business Development Sales Director Package:

• £90,000 - £120,000 (flexible to the individual and what they bring to the table)
• Strong commission structure
• Car Allowance

• Location can be anywhere in the UK

Business Development Sales Director responsibilities:

• Seek, develop and close sales opportunities with the UK and within the EMEA
• Able to travel abroad when needed
• Bring on Channel Partners both int the UK and EMEA
• Promptly qualify and develop inbound opportunities.
• Meet with and present to C-level, line-of-business executives and other key stakeholders.
• Exceed primary Annual Contract Value target plus contributory targets of connection volume, pilot provision and pipeline management
• Effective, consistent prioritisation with focus on the critical few.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver in line with customer expectations.

Experience required

• Experience in senior sales management from within the sector
• Preferred experience in selling into the Commercial fleet or Bus & Coach industry
• Willingness to travel
